If you have a buddy available, pull the VC's and try to start it when you're having the hot start issue. If the top O rings are shot, then you will visibly see oil leaking from around the collars on the injectors. I'm assuming when you are having the hot start issue you have checked to see if your HPOP res is full? If you have not, next time its warm and having a hard start, pull the plug on top of the res and see where your oil level is. If its more than an inch down, then you are leaking down somewhere. If that is the case the easy check for O rings or IPR is to pull one HPOP line from a head (do drivers side first) and tie the unplugged end up above the res. If the res still leaks down then plug it back in, unplug the passenger side and do the same thing. If it leaks down with the passenger side unplugged as well, then its IPR o rings or IPR related, if it doesnt leak down with passenger side unplugged then you have a busted o ring or worn o ring on the passenger side. Hope this helps.
