Just an update. Flushed oil 4 times. Pulled injectors and sent to PIS. 4 oil sides were shimmed so far they had to be replaced. The injectors had 20cc variance. PIS balanced/matched them to actually flow what they were supposed to. All new solenoids bc they were getting hit from the inside by the armature (unsure of actual name). Squeal noise during run test is gone as well. Found original oil contamination to be a chunk of epoxy that had fallen into the oil. Reassemble and its smoother then it ever has been. Then a few miles down the road the CPS shi*s the bed. New CPS and ran fine. Take it out again and it dies with no restart once the oil is above 180 ish. Will stumble/die when I try to restart and slow to build HPO press but wont stay running. Restarts very fast once cold. Going to run some tests with AE later today to narrow down the issue. Pulling VCs to see if I have a top side HPO leak and possibly cleaning/re o-ringing the injectors/IPR. Runs strong/smooth AF before up to temp tho. It takes forever to work all the bugs out sometimes...
