[QUOTE="superpsd, post: 1424542, member: 15821"] I have ran thru the history of the evolution of the 7.3 platform as I was not around in the earlier days but I have dug up enough threads all the way back to the very early forums. I had to when I set out to build my own injectors as no one was just going to hand the cook book over so I had to dig for some details to help me along the way. Hybrids do seem to be the king of injectors but a B code is still a good injector. I think the major downside to a B code is the cost as builders want cores and a set of oem B codes is typically more expensive to start and of course you need a high volume hpop. He is putting down good numbers on a dyno with track times to back it up and has experimented with hybrids. He is up there knocking on and with the 400/400 hybrid territory with 300% nozzles with a B code that sounds to have a basic oem oil side. No additional feed holes etc. Granted he already stated he shifts before 3200 to stay within the powerband and most typicall dyno graphs show power falling by then anyways even dyno graphs with basic hybrids. Now an expensive hybrid or B code with proprietary modifications that increase flow at a faster rate to improve higher revolution performance is a different story anyways as the guys running those secret injectors are not likely talking or sharing dyno graphs.
