My brother likes his Coopers much more than his old Duratracs, didn't really care for them because of how quickly they wore out for him and his definitely had the squirmy, floaty sensation, they were E rated. My least favorite were my Nittos I had on my dodge, which didn't even last 20,000 miles, also E rated and rotated regularly. Again sorry, no experience with the exact tires you were asking about.
