Bigger rear blocks?

I have 2" blocks iirc in the dually now. With my new tires I have I need more space so when I tow, the flatbed doesn't rub the tires.. are there bigger rear blocks out there for obs'? I need new springs to begin with but damn these are wooped and I need some more space at the moment

Zac I'm taking the 4" lift blocks off my truck tomorrow if you want I can ship them to you they have a bump stop tang on them I'm having my springs re-arched and putting my PMF trac bars on tomorrow as well. Just shoot me a pm and let me know.
