EGTs hitting 1600 + degrees (monitoring with a dashdaq) couldn't go over 30 on hills truck but I had to be in California in 2 days had no time to stop and fix it. I stopped at some places to let it cool down and rest ,checked coolant, oil, blow by etc Truck had 260,000 miles with a re manufactured ford complete engine and it did fine. Shipped it back to Hawaii put a set of new uppipes drove the truck for a month and sold it (That was the whole reason why I bought it)(Truck ran excellent) I was actually wanting to keep it that's how good it ran. With that said if I were I wouldn't drive the truck or if you really have to watch your EGT's and be easy on it. [/QUOTE]
