RCD had used a Dremel and clearanced the valve cover a little bit and even a tad rounded off the nut so it would spin on and off the pump without having to removed the plate. Putting the new one on it was a little tighter since I didn't round off the far edge of the nut on the high pressure line but once I had it threaded a good way on it spun on with my fingers and tightened it with the wrench. The pic shows where I'm talking about. You can see the back side of the high pressure line nut that goes into the back of the cp3 has been slightly rounded to allow you to take it on and off without removing the plate.
