So took to it to the local auto parts store and bought new batteries and got a new alternator which was a lifetime warranty. Installed everything and still not charging. Auto parts store tested my old alternator and it tested good, so i reinstalled it. Checked everything i could and couldn't figure out why the alternator would get excited. So took it a local shop owned by a friend if mine, Specialized Diesel Northwest. These guys do great work. Chris had it for day and had a difficult time figuring thus one out. So he called his auto electrical specialist he uses and they said bring it over. After a little time they diagnosed a faulty battery warning light bulb to be the cause. I had online earlier in the day that they could cause this, but mine was working. Apparently it was dimmer that the other dash lights. Before the swap if the bulb, only saw 11.5 volts, now seeing 14+. Thanks again to Chris and his crew and the electrical specialist who got me back on the road.
