The sensor needs to be moved to where it will see a constant hot exhaust gas flow by it. The factory location, once EGR deleted is a dead end. Exhaust gas cools & condenses at the block off plate & moisture accumulates over time, especially in cooler winter weather. Take a dip in temperature like the last week & it freezes up & everything goes for S>>T. Running 6.0 ltr manifolds & moving the sensor to factory location provided should solve the issue. If running stock 6.4's like me, I like the idea of slacking the bottom bolt in the block off plate and create a little exhaust leak to reduce the condensation & if any water forms it can dribble out. At least when it's well below freezing. Probably no matter where the sensor is located, it should come out once a year to clean out any soot accumulations.
