Chip and exhaust questions

I was wondering what chip and exhaust system you would recommend for a 2000 7.3, I was leaning towards banks but I have heard to many different opinions

Definitely go with a TS style 6 pos chip with custom tunes, your truck will run better an make more power safely and it'll prolly be cheaper than Banks stuff.

Banks makes nice stuff as far as exhaust, inter coolers, etc, but they're way over priced. As far as they're "chips" an tuners go, they're overpriced junk. They don't make nearly as much power an there expensive. That's why everyone recommends the TS style chip with custom tunes, down the road if you add bigger injectors or turbo, you can send the chip back an they can tweak your tunes to maximize your set-up.

You're in the right area - A Beans 6-position will wake your truck up, I would also go with a 4" Turbo back exaust which they can also supply.
