That about a 7 fold advantage to the stock filter over the S&B. My question is: 1) No doubt the S&B has better airflow when it is clean, but how long does it take before it has the same restriction? I'm thinking not that long…. Anyone else wrestled with this? Is there a larger donaldson powercore tech filter that would fit as a drop-in? Is there really any need for a larger filter for milder chip settings (a tow rig?) [/QUOTE]
