You're a dip****. I live in IL. Ive yet to hear about people not being ready for cold weather and diesel. Its not like there are shtiloads of semis running out of this area and they never use any fuel from the local area. I think you have that backwards. With all the interstates running through here and being a shipping/transportation hub for the entire country shti is always handled and ready. You know why trucks from IL, In, and the "midwest" are rusted out the worst? From the corrosives they put on the road to melt ice/snow. You know why that is? Because these roads HAVE to remain open for the reasons I stated above. So they go as far as dumping bad shti on the road to make sure they are passable 24/7 in terrible weather but forgot to put additives in the fuel. Its cool if you wanna make stuff up but make sure nobody from the area you're claiming did something is sitting there listening to your bs before you do. Fuel is cold weather ready from Oct-April everywhere that I go in the "midwest". Putting 60-70k miles a year on two different vehicles I would know if we didnt know how to winterize fuel. Another reason Id probably know? My dad runs trucks and if he was having issues in any of his rigs, id know. And hes also in the fuel&ag industry. Ill go further Tom and let you in on a little secret, there are more people here making fuel than you could fathom. There are many refineries and biodiesel plants that are close. To say the midwest doesnt understand fuel is about as clueless as it comes. Sorry buddy, you're dead wrong.
