Crank, no start condition.

95 F250 auto. It turns over but won't start. New fuel filter, camshaft sensor. Good fuel psi. Fresh batteries. But simply won't start. What else should I check out? The tach is reading 250 rpms at crank.

Is it smoking white while cranking?

Well I just got done looking at it again. It smoked white earlier today. But yet when I checked fuel psi this afternoon( removed ah reader valve on the side of the fuel bowl) and hooked a gauge to it. At most it made 2 psi.

Fuel pump in the valley waved goodbye I guess?
