CTS will not load

My CTS gets to the pid page and will say loading like normal, but never loads and cuts off. I have reset it and it will work the first time I start the truck, but the next time I go to start the truck it makes it to loading and cuts off again.

I wait roughly 10 sec every time after the glow plug light goes out and then start the truck. I have done this since owning the cts and it worked every time until now. Since then, I have tried every way to start the truck thinking there is a different way to get the device to work and nothing works.

Any ideas?

Have you taken it out and updated the software? Call edge they're good about helping you reset it through fusion. I had an older insight I got second hand and they still had no problem helping me out.

Yes i have updated it as of the 22nd of this month. I will try that, I just figured they wouldn't much fool with it due to no warranty of sorts. Thanks man.
