When you say that you requested tuning changes for your 369 are you saying you had tunes written specifically for that turbo before and you want them adjusted now or did you have a different turbo before and now want the tunes "adjusted" for the the new turbo? If you believe that, getting tunes "adjusted" by a tuner after the first initial tune means getting a different tune for a different setup, I believe you are sorely mistaken. I'm not a tuner by any stretch of the imagination but I'm pretty sure that when someone says they will do updates on your tune it refers to things like shift points and fueling based on your current setup. If you change hardware, you buy a new tune. I will also agree with Dennis in saying that, the amount of business someone has done before you, after you or that day specifically has nothing to do with your circumstance. Just because you have bought the last 6 iPhones and Apple brought in billions of dollars last year, does not put you on the Christmas bonus list for the latest phone. I will also say that, anyone that thinks "adjusting" a tune only requires a few simple clicks of a mouse, is kidding their self. There are a few things that only require a few minutes but they are few. Anyone that simply punches in a few changes to any given tune and shoots it out the door makes it very easy to distinguish the difference in quality tuners and witches brew wonder boys. I think you have been treated more than fair. If you don't like that, go somewhere else. Besides, they have 99 other people to take care of today, right? But I have no dog in this fight so I'm going to go drink eggnog and have a Merry Christmas. I hope you all do the same!
