You can pull injectors, turbo and any other good parts off of your motor to make the other motor work. Or, you can drain the oil, put a new HPOP on it, run it, do an oil change after one heat cycle, and again after 500 miles to clean the junk out. Use the cheapest oil and filter you can get for the first fill. I would use pretty good oil and filter for the second one. And then switch to your normal oil after that. Keep an eye on oil quality.
