[QUOTE="twisthappyr6, post: 1497513, member: 846"] Sorry to reply so late, I must have missed this post. So I’ll tell y’all what I spent on everything, but don’t tell my wife.... Conversion Brackets = $100 (salvage yard) Axles = $500 Front Dana 60 parts = $1400 2” hub centric spacers for rear = $370 Complete PMF order shipped = $4921 Fasteners needed from Ford = approx $250 Other random hardware = approx $100 Approximate total = $7641 Granted, some of this could have been done a lot cheaper. The route I went with the PMF parts drove the cost up a lot. You could keep your factory rear springs and go with blocks in the rear and save roughly $1500. I also opted for the heavy duty drag-link, and 08+ front sway bar conversion links. Which together is roughly $600. So don’t let the total scare you away from doing the swap. There is definitely a lot cheaper routes to go with the suspension. I was just wanting to go with something different and good quality. I think I succeeded with both, but I paid the price for it too. My original plan was to use stock springs and radius arms for the front and run a 2.5” coil spacer. For the rear I was gonna buy the PMF conversion hangers and run a set of 14’ leafs I picked up for 75 bucks and use a block. This obviously all went out the window once I started spending money.
