Unfortunately after I put the RCD converter in I started seeing high slip numbers which I think is going to be blammed on my tranny having 100,000 miles on it and the overdrive clutches slipping. I highly doubt it RCDS converter and they agreed once I rule out my clutches not being bad (which I need to save up for) they will honor their warranty, so no bashing on them. Anyway, beautiful day about 50*F no humidity. Dynoed on a mobile, dynojet, inertia dyno. Drove out about 45 minutes with 15 other trucks, one other 6.4, bunch of older cummins, and the guy who works on my truck who has a twin turbo '07 5.9. I have to say with the converter the truck is an absolute beast on the street and feels awsome. Ive been having problems with slip since I put the converter in but Ive been waiting so long to get on a dyno and go to this event I didnt care if it was slipping or not. So as promised here are the results. Dont let it scare you away from a cam in a stock truck, obv with larger turbos you are going to carry the curve farther. Im saving up, fixing the tranny and will get more accurate results without doing another mod to the motor, on a load dyno. I was seeing about 250rpm of slip.
