Anything over 220 or so would be worriesome. If you are actually seeing yhat high there is a bigger issue. It may be the eot sensor or wiring. Check and make sure it aint all oil soaked from a leaking cac boot, dirty oil chajges, etc. Check your oil filter standpipe see if its melting.
