Come to find out the *** needs to be replaced as well as having the 4 EGR senors replaced. I have called and spoken to a local diesel mechanic that I have used in the past and he recommends doing an EGR ****** from my brief discussion with him today. Other than it being illegal from what I have found out, any opinions on the matter? Dealership quoted me almost 6k for all of that work and the local guy says he can do the work for under 3k.
