The pre-pump filter/water separator should be 30 micron. The post pump filter should be 2 micron. A single 7.3 pump will be fine pulling through the single filter. The fuel pickups are pressurized so they supply some what of flow without a pump. When you take the fuel line off the selector valve you will understand as you will be flowing fuel everywhere.
