Elite Diesel CCV Kit

Hey Guys, I have tried searching and haven't come up with anything yet. I have an Elite Diesel CCV Kit that I am going to be putting on my truck. I have done other CCV kits, but got this one at an awesome price and figured why not. Anyways, I know that the 2 larger lines run to the back of the truck, but my question is what are the two smaller ports on the base for with the push to connect fittings. Any help or pictures installed would be great. Thanks!

Not sure how well this will turn out, but the U shaped pipe goes from your vent and around, then the push connector connects the large hose and you just run it along the frame. super easy.

the two small lines connect to the factory drain line
