[QUOTE="gnxtc2, post: 1082517, member: 1414"] What Swaan says is true. But you also have to take into account how the truck is going to be used, the rear gear ratio and your cruising rpm. I have 285 tires, 3.55 gears and tow around 70 MPH which puts me around 1850 rpms. The rest of the build up is in the sig. I went with a BASB turbo. Have the slightest clue what the specs are but it does 1.10 exhaust housing. In my Economy tune, I can hit 35lbs effortlessly, cruise in the 0-10lb range with EGTS under 1000. I was towing around 5k in my Economy tune and it was very hard to break 1000°. I towed also 21k in my Heavy Tow tune. The BASB was in the 10-25lb range. The rolling hills boost was 20-25lbs. This was at 1850rpm with the cruise set @ 70. My truck hardly ever sees over 2000 rpms unless I'm pulling a long steep grade towing the enclosed trailer. Couldn't be happier with the BASB. Billy T.
