Anyone make a true 5 inch system. A 5 inch down pipe does not fit but is there any system that goes directly into 5 inch after the 4 inch DP? Looking into Diamond Eye or Flo-pro. But if there is a system that goes into 5 inch directly after DP, I want it. No muffler, just straight pipe.

No, not that I'm aware of

The sound is pretty much the only difference between the 4 and 5 inch

I have the diamond eye 5" filter back system on my truck.

We put it side by side to my buddy's Magnaflow 5" system and they're pretty close to the same. Only difference is the magnaflow comes with the tip welded on and it comes with nicer clamps. Both easy fixes.

Its LOUD.

these trucks are quite straight piped compared to others. everyone complains when they do 4" that they wished they has the deeper 5" tone. I have a Flo-Pro 5" and so do a lot of others. best quality and exit angle IMO

I agree on quiet compared to some others.

You don't need to make noise when you've got the power market on lockdown. Duck Fodge. ;)

I have the Flo-Pro 5" down pipe back exhaust with no muffler, it has a nice tone and is not obnoxious by any means. The build quality is good and goes together excellent with no fit up issues. Make sure you get the with bungs if you want Eric's tunes as they still require the sensors in the exhaust.

Where did you get your exhaust from? Even Eric's latest version you still need the bungs? How come no one gets a different DP?

I got my exhaust from Rudy's Diesel Perfomance they will know exactly what you need. My exhaust is Flo-Pro Kit #: 633. The reason I didn't buy a downpipe was because I already have downpipe with wastegate to go on. If you are planning on doing more to your truck down the road its worth wait and doing it then as there is welding required on the downpipe with some wastegate setups. But if all you are planning on doing to your truck is tuner, intake, and exhaust I would recommend doing a downpipe right away. Drive pressures on xstreet are rarely over over 70psi which is really only 55psi. This is with the egr deleted and no wastegate. An egr delete would also be a good preventative measure.
