The reason I didn't buy a downpipe was because I already have downpipe with wastegate to go on. If you are planning on doing more to your truck down the road its worth wait and doing it then as there is welding required on the downpipe with some wastegate setups. But if all you are planning on doing to your truck is tuner, intake, and exhaust I would recommend doing a downpipe right away. Drive pressures on xstreet are rarely over over 70psi which is really only 55psi. This is with the egr deleted and no wastegate. An egr delete would also be a good preventative measure. [/QUOTE]
