I had to have the truck back to DD and wasn't comfortable driving it how it was. I did check it with a manual gauge and it was the same results as the factory pressure switch. So for now I'm just running the stock setup, I did route the coolant to the degas bottle return line. The Lpop dosent loose prime anymore and oil psi on startup is back to normal.
