No matter if the regulator is wide open or shut fully it will not make more than 25lbs of boost while plumbed to the bottom port. All clamps are tightened appropriately an there are no leakes.. I have not disassembled the gate to make sure the ring was installed correctly as I would like to leave this as a last option.
