I need a ficm for my 6.0. My question is do I have to send my old one first or can I send it after I get the new one? I use my truck everyday and can't have it sitting while I wait on the mail.

Due to the upcoming holiday break, we're going to be closed the week between Christmas & New Years...so we will not be able to process any new FICM orders until 1/2/12.
You are welcome to place an order online, which will reserve your place in line during the period we will be closed.

but due to the high volume of FICM orders, we are not able to do an exchange on our FICM's, so you'd have to send your unit to us first...however, I would recommend waiting until after the first of the year to send in your own core.
