Not anytime soon, but if you decide to do it, I'll walk you thru the dos and donts lol.... Yes and no.......I thought I could maybe get away with just removing the two lower bedside support brackets and cutting the welded in plate in the inner wheel well......I was wrong. In order to get the amount of flare that I got, you have to drill out the 5 spot welds on the bottom back corner of the bed, 3 behind the bumper and two underneath. That will let you by yourself, (instead of two buddies pulling) slide a scissor jack between the inner and outter bedside. A bottle jack, which is the tool of choice wont work, there isn't enough room. I was able to slide a 2ft 2x4 on top of the scissor jack......this was mistake #2, I don't know if it wasn't long enough or if I just got too carried away, but this caused crease 1 and 2. I found it actually worked better to slide the scissor jack in the cut you made earlier one inner fender well plate and jacking it open from there.....no creases when doing that LOL. Then once you get the size gap you want, I took 3" stainless steel plates and "bridged" the gap on said plate, then extended and re-work the ends of the support brackets.....I wish I would have measured before hand, but now if you measure from the leaf spring pack to the bottom most point of the bedside, which looks like pinch weld, it measures at 14" now. Everything is still rough looking underneath, as I wanted to see where I was at.....but I will post more detailed pics as I get it cleaned up and still need to figure out what I'm gonna do with the drilled out spot welds.... Thanks man!
