The fuel will not expand when it gets cold and cause anything to break. All that happens is the paraffin in the fuel turns from a liquid to a solid. O-rings fittings and hoses will leak when everything gets really cold. I have had a couple of fuel leaks on my truck when it's gets into the negatives. I believe there are two flexible hoses that go from the fuel pump to the fuel bowl. The pump itself is aluminum an has a stamped steel top to it. My 96 started leaking from the pump between were they join. Your fuel supply and return are on the left front. Fuel supply is a suction so I wouldn't think it would leak but the return is a possibility. Your fuel feed and returns are steel lines that I think feed from the front and gets returned to the pump from the back of the head. Check those fittings and the whole line. They can gets cracks from vibration or hole rubbed into the line from things getting routed wrong. Welcome to PSA
