Not really it's fault. Back when my truck was having violent 300hp mood swings it sheared off the input shaft and annihilated the pump snout with it. The guys at swamps helped me out and just pieced it back together with another pump they had. It lasted for a while, but I'm sure all the metal and damage finally took it's toll. It won't build pressure once it's at temp. It will go in gear and move when it's cold, then shortly thereafter you just hear a hissing sound from near the pump and it doesn't move. My plan is to lift between shifts like it's a manual and see if that keeps it happy for the long haul. In the meantime I've got to finish my shop, wheel it in, completely tear everything down, get the body to ground, refab my compound setup off to the side and get a CR setup running up top. None of which I plan to start on until I finish my shop. Engine teardown isn't a gravel driveway job, and I can't just keep driving to Tn every time I need to tear something apart.
