But for shits and grins back probe the wire for #3 directly at the glow plug module and verify there’s no voltage there. Also, make sure the wire is fully seated in the connector, these trucks are getting old and the plastic gets brittle, the locking tab can break from you moving it when replacing the plugs and module. It could not be making contact with the module. Not sure if pigtails are available for them aftermarket, definitely not thru ford, it’s a whole engine harness thru them.
