GPR weird symptom

Whenever the ambient temp gets around 60* (+/- 5*), the GPR would not engage on cold start up. I even have a momentary push button installed giving a ground signal to the GPR and still it doesn't engage. And when the motor starts, there is a 50-50 chance that the relay engages. The positive is already there from the harness. If temps are higher or lower, the GPR engages.

This is issue is baffling me. It doesn't matter if I have OEM or Stancor relay.

I would look at oil temp sensor and intake temp sensor.
