I was driving to work and the truck would buck occasionally on the highway, thought my cps was on its way out, pulled into the parking lot and it died there. I changed cps and still nothing, I then plugged in the scanner and only had 150 psi of high psi oil. So I grabbed my spare hpop, icp, and ipr. Came back the next day, and it started and ran for about 1 min, just enough to get it in the shop, I changed the ipr, it started right up and the ipr duty was @ 7% @ 1400psi at idle for about 30 seconds then dropped off and died about 30 sec later, I then changed the hpop and icp and can only get up to 150 psi after about 10 seconds of cranking and it won't go any higher. And the resivior is full. Now I'm lost any help would be great

If you cranked for 10 seconds, a code should have appeared. Is there a code? What are you reading the codes with?

Did you check the wiring on the ICP harness? The numbers you posted for icp and dc at idle seem really funny to me. Try unplugging the icp sensor and see how it idles there.

it only makes 150psi of ICP...not going to start...or idle...

I would pull the valve covers, clean up ALLLLL the oil that collects down by the valve springs...

unplug all 8 injectors so they won't try to fire

have someone crank the engine while you look around the injectors for oil pissing out of (or around) them..

Oil level is good, do you think the upper o-ring or back up rings are bad? What was wierd was when I changed the ipr it ran for about 1min, @ 1400psi at 7% then started falling and ipr was then at 65% and then fell below 450psi and died

Number 4 had a bad oring was leaking out the top, changed it and now hit 250 psi while cranking at 65 % ipr, gonna pull the valve covers again and see if any more are leaking, just seems weird truck was running fine the week before, and suddenly it's turned into a nightmare
