At speeds of about 45 mph and over my truck has a very noticeable "rattle" that is driving me nuts. The rattle is not present below 40 or 45 mph and the speed of the rattle does seem to correlate with the speed of the truck (gets faster the faster I'm driving).

You sort of have to 'listen for it' in the video as the engine and road noise dominate the audio.

I feel as if this is going to be something stupid/simple that I'm overlooking - or so I hope. Thank You in advance for any insight, it's appreciated.

This is a 2008 F-250 6.4

Have you checked the drive shaft u-joints and slip joints?

How about the front axle u-joints or the front bearing assembly? Just saying, it's something that rotates at the front of the truck, or under the cab, otherwise you probably wouldn't hear it at all. Thinking about it, could be the flex plate or torque converter
