How many miles is too many miles

I'm looking at buying a 6.7 crewcab powerstroke, I found a 2011 f250 4x4 that I liked with a flat bed, but it's got 174k miles. I know it's a diesel so anything under 200k doesn't really worry me too much, but at the end of the day that's still something to think about. Any common problems or things to look for when buying a used 6.7 with that many miles? At what point is it just too many miles and should just steer clear.

I have 199k miles on mine and turbo is finally going out. In the last 50k miles the only thing I have replaced is 1 egt sensor. Been a great truck
