I'm looking @ putting some 37x13.50 on 22x12 -40 offset on a 22 f250. I've always ran 10 wides on my trucks but wanting to go a different route this time but don't want 5+ inches of tire sticking out the side. I have found hundreds of pics online but can't find any pics that are straight down the side of the truck to get a good idea of how much the tires stick out.

Try the custom offsets website picture gallery. I just found a bunch. It’s gonna be 4-5 inches though.

This is my 17 with bf Goodrich mtr 33x12.50x20 on anthem avenger -44, they stick out around 3”+ if you like to wash your truck a lot, go for it lol. They sling mud and rocks bad but they give the truck an aggressive stance. You will also need a lift of some sort. I am sitting at stock ride height and mine rub even with 33s when cutting hard

Ya I'm gonna put 4" on it. I'm thinking mine should look fairly similar to your set up since mine will have slightly less offset
It looks pretty good, I plan to do some type of lift and go up to 35s since the 33s look a little goofy at side profile. Also going to get more of an all terrain instead of mud terrain, these bfg pick up some pretty big stones and make me cringe every time they get thrown. Have heard a few bounce off mirrors. Had it throw one straight up and land on my windshield once.
