To use a 99 up booster on. 97 down you need to first cut 1.5" off the pushrod. The mount/ flange to bolt it up to firewall needs to be fabricated. You need to use a 99 up ms, but need to add a portioning valve to rear line. I always just put an adjustable unit on. The front oem brake line connects, it's the rear line that is different. Nice thing about 99-04 ms is that the bore is larger than the f superduty, it's 1 3/8 vs the old being 1 5/16. If you used a 99 up booster, you could use a 05 up ms and have even bigger bore. In 05 they upped it to 1 1/2. Anything helps. [/QUOTE]
