Message: [QUOTE="95 stroker, post: 480455, member: 436"] Ok guys need some help i have an early 99 powerstroke(DP Tuner,T500,AFE Intake,MBRP Exhaust,Regulator return,Air Dog,238 cc Full force injectors) I pulled my truck out the other day was running great the night before it died while pulling it out. i proceeded to pull the ipr because iv had trouble with it clogging up after installing a used t500 after a few attempts of cranking truck finally fired up. i drove the truck up the street was running a little rough then started blowing white smoke pulled over to listen to it then it hydro locked. i had it towed home where i then pulled the valve covers off the driver side front injector at the front of the motor had lifted a quarter inch.( i torqued all in injectors when i installed them). after re torquing all the injectors i pulled the glow plugs and unhydrolocked the motor. fuel came out the cylinder that the injector lifted. after this i got the truck started and running smooth took it around the block came back white smoke again later hydrolocked. pulled all 8 injectors the one that lifted and the one behind it both were missing copper washers and torn o rings, replaced the o rings other 6 injectors looked fine put it all back together went to start hydrolocked. pulled all glow plugs no fluid squrited out so put them back in went to start HYDROLOCKED pulled plugs spins free no fluid squirts out. Put them back in and try cranking the motor by hand hits hard spots????? [/QUOTE]
