NO matter what we do the heads are going to flex at WOT while pushing a lot of boost. Orings help the issue. Ford/international fixed the issue with 6.4 heads, if you put a 6.4 and 6.0 head side by side it shows that Ford beefed up the areas needed to fix the flex in between the studs.
