But I do remember a friend of mine having an intercooler of sorts that ran off the AC system for a screw type blower he had on a Ford modular engine for his maurader. Can't recall who made it but I could ask. A lot more air to cool for a diesel though. I don't know how well an ice setup would work for a drag racing setup but I don't think the factory cooler would be efficient enough for a pulling truck that would be serious enough to run an icebox.
