So I ended up getting a complete (used) cooler with both housings for $100 Cooler was in good shape and the Rear housing had the clips to hold the valves in. Which was a plus. I cleaned everything up and gave the cooler a paint job Put my new genuine Ford gaskets and O-rings in. And installed everything this morning. Took it around the block/so far so good no leaks/looks good. I also got my Amazon cooler in the mail today which I will be returning tomorrow. But I must say that it looks pretty nice and is pretty much identical to the Ford part as far as I could tell Using my cheap digital calipers it seems to be the same measurements. The gaskets also look like genuine Ford gaskets but that’s hard to prove. I ended up with an extra front housing so if anyone needs one let me know before it ends up in the recycling bin.
