If you're not going to trust the injector builder to build your injectors correctly the first time, then the only way to verify that they were done correctly is to have them flowed by a third party. I think it's hilarious with all of this nut swinging of "certain mfg's injectors" because they flow test their own injectors. For the record, I'm not arguing that injectors shouldn't be flow tested.
