Get any injector install how to - and then add in the "changing o-rings" part and install your old sticks with new o-rings. I never pull the oil rail plugs under the valve covers - I just bolt the valve covers down with the injectors installed and the glow plugs removed and turn it over by hand for a couple of revolutions, then by key for a couple of resolutions and the oil will be out of the cylinders. Install the glow plugs, button everything up under the valve covers, loosen an oil rail plug on each rail outside of the valve covers, crank until you get oil, tighten the plug, and start the truck.
