I made an injector BOB and killed one cylinder at a time - noise remained. Let it sit for 2 weeks, then started it up and the noise was gone. It came back in 20 minutes though. I istalled a port to check fuel psi and it was good. I filled up the tank and drove it to work 45 minutes. By the time I got to work the noise was gone and hasn't returned. I found out my water in fuel light doesn't work, and I think I got some bad fuel and drained the water when I installed the gauge port.
