You dont want to be at 1600rpms in OD because temps will creep up on you. Try to keep temps under 1250 egts. You can go higher than that for small bursts (like 30seconds to 1min) but you don't wanna keep it up higher than 1250 for too long. I have had many guys pull max weight with the stage 3 (around 20,000 lbs). Temps were a little high but still in the safe zone. [/QUOTE]
