my truck came from the factory with manual lock in hubs... not sure how to swap them out 100% but it seems you should just be able to tear out the auto hubs and just install manual lock hubs.... someone with more info should chime in here soon

I did that swap on my old truck, I bought the Warn hubs, but you also have to get the locknuts and lock rings from ford for the manual hubs, I don't recall all of the differences but there are a few, other than that it's a very simple task.

The manual lockout hubs will work from any d50TTB or OBS d60. I wouldn't buy them from Ford though. You should be able to buy them from any auto parts or Bronco Graveyard is usually a good source st a resonable price.

You need the nuts, and hub guts with screws and snaprings for both sides.

You should be able to find a set at a local junkyard too.

Okay does anyone know how much it is to switch. It won't be soon, I've got to build my rear springs now that I have a flatbed.
