I think most experience long crank times when they do anything with the HPOP oil system where air can get in. You could try pulling your ICP sensor in case a bubble is under there as they can take a looong time to work their way out.. I normally pull the icp and the second to top plug on the passenger side oil rail. As well as the sensor on top of the hpop res. I fill all till full. Then button up everything and crank a few times then open teh hpop res again and refill. Do that 3 or so times until it no longer goes down. To clear up is usually 25-100 miles You can throw a scanner on there and see what its doing at start up as well as do a bit of data logging while your running just to see how everything is doing.
