Lope at first start up

I recently installed high power Jr. I have a lope at first start up. And a blue haze goes away after a few minutes. Is this a serious issue that needs to be addressed.

what else did you do when you changed the turbos? a turbo swap should affect idle none...

Just turbos and a mishimoto rad

That's not a good sign.

Mine lopes and smokes on startup but I have lower compression pistons. Factory pistons should fire clean after the plugs run.
