Moisture in vacuum lines

So I had another thread about my brakes acting up in cold weather. I was given an idea that there is potential moisture in the vacuum lines and it's freezing causing my issue. The idea to remedy this is to purge the system with electrical contact cleaner. Would using the vacuum line off of the brake booster be my best bet to clear the system?

Sounds like a option but what is the condition of the lines?
Cracked/dry?

They're not horrible, but they could be better. I was hoping to find a temporary fix, as I plan to go through the whole brake system come spring time
